Is This the End of the Road for Institutions After Bri Alexia Leaks? - Postcolonial Perspectives
The default value of end is \n meaning that after the print statement it will print a new line. So simply stated end is what you want to be printed after the print statement has been executed The end=' ' is just to say that you want a space after the end of the statement instead of a new line character. In Python 2.x you would have to do this by placing a comma at the end of the print statement.
Understanding the Context
One of the default parameter to the print function is end = '\n'. So what that means is by default python inserts a newline right after your print statement. Most of the time this is handy and reduces having to use the newline every time. But sometimes this is not the case and we don't want it to insert a newline character in the end.
