Edit: I am not affiliated with either of the YouTube channels linked above. I hope someone gets some useful info from this thread. The Shield Plus with the improperly milled optics slide seems to be a known issue. Smith tells me to contact the optics manufacturer after I explain the issues I have with my Shield Plus. Why should I contact two separate optics manufacturers when their optics worked perfectly on 3 other non Smith pistols?
