I have a galaxy s7, used smart switch to transfer the data into my new s10e with wi-fi and everything has been transferred but when changing the wallpaper from pictures in the Gallery, it just resets to to the one I had on the previous phone. The lock screen's change stays changed but not the... One of the things I'm not able to figure out is how to set the Lock Screen wallpaper from a Nova Launcher theme.

Understanding the Context

Going to Settings > My Device > Display > Wallpaper > Home Screen, I can see Gallery, Live Wallpapers, Nova Wallpaper, Photos, and Wallpapers as options, so I'm able to set the Home Screen Wallpaper from my Nova theme. This seems to prevent changing the lock screen wallpaper to one of the stock wallpapers. You can use any picture from the gallery or any of the Live wallpapers though. Key Insights

Which phone and android version do you have? Are you using a custom launcher or just stock? You could try to set the wallpaper from the launcher and not from your gallery or any other app. Longpress on a blank spot in your screen, tap on change wallpaper and select the app and picture. See if that makes a difference.

There're some phones that this ... i have set several pix setup for my lock screen. whenever i power off and on the phone, the lock screen reverts back to the picture i use for my home screen. and i have to go into wallpaper and style to fix it. is anyone having the same bug with UI 6.0??
